Charity art evening in Prague: paintings, wheel of fortune and theatre performance

An interesting feature of the artistic evening was the wheel of fortune. Visitors could spin it for a donation of 200 crowns. Among the prizes were certificates to businesses in Prague, tickets to the cinema, a trip to the Netherlands, tickets to a concert of the singer Yaktak, sweet gifts and more.

The Prague Majdan organized a charity art evening at the HUB Nusle.

The exhibition consisted of 38 paintings. It featured works by painters Nina Bartošivová, Tatyana Košubová, Natalia Synehinová, Merlyn Jahodová, Ani Galic and Olga Pylypčuková. The paintings could be purchased by anyone interested.

Among the prizes were tickets to the film screening from Kinovart, tickets to the quiz and music bingo from PATELNYA, a voucher for lunch or dinner from The Borscht, gift certificates for manicure, pedicure and wellness from Salon Melidora, a certificate for various services from G-bar, desserts from Bon Macaron and Sladký dárek, vouchers for breakfast from Dobro&Dobro Cafe. In addition, it was possible to win tickets to a Yaktaka concert, a voucher for photo printing from photographer Andriy Kravchuk and trips to the Netherlands from SIM Travel.

"We sincerely thank all the businesses that joined our charity initiative and helped us collect donations," said the organizer of the art evening, HUB Nusle manager Liudmyla Korostashevych. She also thanked Sviatoslav Kalischuk for organizing the auction and Spilka for his constant support of the organization's initiatives.

The evening also included a rich accompanying program. HUB Nusle Theatre, under the direction of director Olena Zavhorodna, presented an interactive performance "Free Bird". The performance reflected the theme of the war in Ukraine and deeply affected every spectator present.

Pianist Diana Petrushenko filled the evening with beautiful music.

Delicious meals were provided by The Borscht, Bon Macaron and Felicity Food.

Delicate spring floral arrangements by florist Julia Barabasova decorated the space and filled it with spring atmosphere.

Thanks to this event, 36,222 crowns were raised in support of the 420th Independent Battalion of Unmanned Systems and the Ukrainian Volunteer Army. The funds will be used to purchase vehicles for the soldiers.
